Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) is a powerful wellness treatment that exposes the body to ultra-low temperatures for 2–3 minutes. This rapid cooling stimulates your body’s natural healing processes, helping reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and supercharge recovery.

Cold therapy has been used for thousands of years for its therapeutic benefits, and Cryotherapy treatments may improve your symptoms with consistent use.
Not sure what to expect when you visit us for your Cryotherapy appointment? After you complete a simple medical waiver you’ll head to a private changing room. Our Cryotherapy chamber uses sub-zero temperatures to deliver cold therapy, so you’ll need to protect certain parts of your body from the cold! We’ll provide you with a hat, socks, slippers and gloves to use during your session. Some people simply wear their shorts or other workout clothes, but we’ll provide you with a robe if you prefer a little extra coverage.
Once you’ve changed into your protective gear, you’ll head back to our proprietary chamber. You can select some music to pump you up, then you’ll enter the chamber where you’ll stay for up to 3 minutes.
Not sure you can make it the full session? No worries! A healthy Cryotherapy practice may be something you work your way up to, gradually increasing the time you’re able to spend in the chamber each visit. In general, it will feel like standing outside on a very cold winter day!
After you get out, you’ll feel energized, and alert and may even experience a bit of a mood boos

IV is an abbreviation for intravenous. It refers to a method of administering saline solution fluids, vitamin infusions or nutrients directly into your bloodstream for maximum absorption using a needle or small tube inserted into the vein.
There are many reasons to get an IV Drip. Many clients get IV infusions before they travel to help boost their immunity. Some clients like to schedule their IV vitamin therapy after an Infrared Sauna session to help replenish their hydration and essential nutrients after sweating. Depending on your goals and with the help of expert guidance, you can choose potent vitamin infusions packed with ingredients that can help improve your skin's youthful glow, enhance your athletic performance and recovery and increase your energy.
IV infusions typically take between 60-90 minutes.

Contraindications (absolute)
• Concurrent doxorubicin use (Topoisomerase inhibitor); stop ≥24 hours before HBOT to reduce cardiotoxicity risk.
• Bleomycin use (Glycopeptide antibiotic); increases risk of interstitial pneumonitis and fibrosis.
• Disulfiram use (Antabuse); increases risk of oxygen toxicity (seizures and pulmonary toxicity).
• Cisplatin use (Alkylating agent); relative contraindication due to impaired wound healing.
• Mafenide use (Sulfa antibiotic); may cause local CO2 production leading to acidosis; wipe off before HBOT if
present.
• Untreated pneumothorax or history of spontaneous pneumothorax.
• Recent ear surgery, Eustachian tube dysfunction, or inability to equalize middle-ear pressure.
• COPD or Asthma – requires primary care clearance.
• Current upper respiratory or severe sinus infections.
• Asymptomatic pulmonary lesions.
• No implanted devices.
• Pregnancy.
• High fever or uncontrolled epilepsy.
• Claustrophobia.
• History of thoracic surgery.
• History of eye surgery with trapped air/gas in the eye.
• History of optic neuritis.
• Congenital spherocytosis.
• Perilymph fistulas.
• HBOT may trigger reactivation of tuberculosis.
• Concurrent chemotherapy treatment (any agent).

To make your hyperbaric session as comfortable and relaxing as possible, here’s what we recommend:
You can bring:
- A water bottle with a secure, leak-proof lid
- Chewing gum (helps with ear pressure equalization)
- A book, magazine, or journal
- An iPad, tablet, or phone for entertainment
Please avoid:
- Anything sharp or pointed, such as pens, scissors, or metal tools
- Aerosol sprays, essential oils, or flammable items
What to wear:
We recommend comfortable clothing in light layers, as the temperature inside the chamber may shift during your session. Feel free to bring a light jacket or blanket if you tend to get cold easily.
Relax, breathe, and enjoy the healing benefits of increased oxygen—it’s your time to unwind and recharge.
While you’re inside the Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, you may also experience a feeling of relaxation, and your ears may pop. After your session, you may feel relaxed, alert or well-rested. That night, you may even sleep more deeply. Consistency is key. The more you use our Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, the better your body may feel.
As a new medical client, you’ll complete a simple waiver and health history form that will be emailed to you ahead of your appointment. If you don't get the chance to fill them out beforehand, please arrive early to fill out the forms at the studio. A Cornerstone expert will take your vital signs before a quick Telemedicine visit with a medical provider. We'll discuss your medical history to understand how Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy can help you on your unique wellness journey.
If you are experiencing congestion or sinus/ear issues, please wait until your symptoms subside before trying Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. If you see a specialist such as an oncologist, neurologist, cardiologist or pulmonologist—or are currently under care for a health issue or surgery—you will likely need to seek medical clearance from your provider before your appointment at Cornerstone. You may print the applicable form, which will be completed by your provider.
